     The album got titled by Dave "Chainsaw" Hawkins. He was joking about the small trills, mordents, and scale runs that he does inside many of the classical tunes, and how Joel "The Wiz" Martin called it Filigree.  Filigree is all that scribble from old artwork, or currently can be found in modern tattoos.
