Went in on Monday to re-sing Therapeutic Insanity. Love that song. Let's face it, I love them all for their own reasons. Therapeutic Insanity speaks to me in ways that no one could ever imagine. It's strange, it's fun, it's MANIC! But I think that's why I like it so much. It's soothing and then, WHAM! In your face...Deena and I wrote the lyrics separate from one another. I concentrated on the slow lyrical sections and she the manic parts. Considering that we never even consulted one another on the words, it's amazing just how they come together into some great lyrics! We think on the same but different levels which is perfect for this genre of music. I am more traditional in my writings and she steps out of the box which makes a great combo! It's a break from the every day into the insane. But isn't that what Progressive Rock is all about?

Can't wait to get in and do some more recording! I always have fun in front of the mic.
